YOGA FOR YOUR HEALTH
Our mission: To bring and introduce Yoga to Every One

We want to deliver a safe practice of Yoga that is achievable at any age and any fitness level.  If you can breath, you can do Yoga.

WHAT IS VINYASA YOGA?
Our Yoga classes are Vinyasa style yoga.  Vinyasa means flow and Vinyasa Yoga is an active flowing style of Yoga that warms and energizes the body while using the proper principles of alignment to allow for a safe practice while being challenged.

WHY IS THE BREATH IMPORTANT?
The breath is calm, slow and rhythmic which helps release physical and emotional tension stress.  While opening and extending the spine, we inhale and rotate or flex the spine as we exhale.  Inhaling and exhaling is done through the nose only.  The breath is our tool to calm and relax our bodies and clear our minds.

WHAT ARE THE PHYSICAL BENEFITS TO YOGA?
Yoga renews and invigorates the body.  Yoga allows you to stretch and strengthen the muscles, joints, and spine while directing blood and oxygen to internal organs.  Yoga is a great tool for calming, relaxing the mind-body and unites the Yin Yang energies to balance our bodies and minds.  Not only is Yoga relaxing, it also offers great cardiovascular conditioning.  Unless muscles are exercised, they loose their elasticity.

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR YOGA PRACTICE?
By listening to our bodies and turning our focus inward.  Yoga encourages non-competition and non-judgment and encourages non-comparing ourselves with other participants.  Allowing our focus to be on the breath and the movement as we clear our minds of thoughts and chatter.
